  • In-person Stakeholder interviews (up to 10)

  • Four half-day workshops focused on analyzing information developed from pre-workshop homework (virtually/face-to-face)

    • Implementation of Marketing Strategy Framework

  • Deliverable: Detailed analyses and findings of the input from the team to be used to develop an executable marketing plan to achieve business objectives.

Marketing Plan Development and Implementation Roadmap

  • 30 days – Marketing Plan Development, plus 90-days FCMO management/team leadership

  • Use the results from the Marketing Strategy Workshop to build a 3-year plan:

    • Internal Sales data by market, product, customer

    • Customer interviews (10 total)

    • Competitive Analysis ( 5 competitors, plus your brand)

    • Messaging platform (overarching and sub-messages)

    • Tactics targeting customers by persona, journey maps, and budgets

    • Establish KPIs/program measurements
